QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM ADMINISTRATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the tender preparation and submission
- Carry out quantities taking-off quantities for the tendering and sourcing of quotations
- Collate price comparison and costing summary
- Prepare costing of projects, prepare contracts and to ensure compliance with tendering and procurement procedures
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account with client, suppliers and subcontractors
- To provide administrative support for projects
- Able to meet tight deadlines
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
- Be meticulous, cost conscious, independent, highly motivated and a good team player
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking customer-base
- Able to start work immediately
